The Ageas Group moved into 5,000 m² of office space in the Manhattan Building in Brussels. The building, which dates back to the 1970s, has been entirely transformed and now functions as a complete ecosystem with various amenities such as restaurants, fitness facilities and auditoriums.
Ageas strongly believes in the added value of a physical workplace within a hybrid working environment. A workplace that encourages innovation and team spirit, improves performance and serves as a source of inspiration.
Beddeleem finished the four floors for Ageas to a design by Creneau Int. Warm and welcoming office spaces exude a sense of class. JB FIREGLASS partitions border the impressive Winter Garden in which an imposing staircase connects all floors. Other types of partitions, ranging from full to upholstered, as well as (curved) glazed JB PURE 100 partitions further fill out the spaces. The painting work and installation of all plasterboard walls and non-active plasterboard ceilings were also carried out by Beddeleem.
